Elizabeth is her real name, but since the dawn of time, everyone has called her Leela. Leela is the sweetest soul you may ever meet. She is a Nashville native and a graduate of McGavock High School and East Tennessee State University. When she isn't behind a bar, she is a speech pathologist. (She can hear slurred speech a mile away and cut someone off quick!) 

 

Leela was the bar manager at Outback Steakhouse in Hermitage, TN during college and everyone loved to work with her. She is one of the youngest managers to date. She had regulars & employees that turned into lifelong friends. She is the most dependable & sweetest bartender on Smedevent's staff. 

 

Leela married her high school sweetheart, Corey who is a police officer in Nashville. She and her husband live to serve others any way they can. Every year when we host our charitable bar competition, Leela raises money for Susan G Komen in honor of her mother who is a breast cancer warrior. She participates in anything and everything that can raise money for breast cancer research.
